Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SupportExpiry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
SupportExpiry is an infrastructure lifecycle monitoring platform that tracks End-of-Life (EOL), End-of-Support (EOS), and SSL certificate expiry dates for hardware and software assets. The Service provides alerts, reports, and API access to lifecycle data.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Plans and Billing
- Free Plan: Up to 10 assets at no charge. No credit card required.
- Pro Plan: $19/month, billed monthly. Up to 100 assets with full feature access.
- Enterprise: Custom pricing. Contact us for details.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
- Scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal API use
6. Data Accuracy
Lifecycle data is sourced from vendor announcements, the endoflife.date community registry, and our own hardware catalog. While we make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and current, we do not warrant that all dates are complete or error-free. You should independently verify critical lifecycle dates before making procurement or operational decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service is the property of SupportExpiry. Your asset data remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportExpiry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on lifecycle data provided.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability leveraging Cloudflare's global edge network, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Workspace Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
